Approve or Reject the Excused Absence Application

  1. Click Excused Absence from the left menu. 
    Note: The application displays the Excused Absence page. 

     
  2. Click the View icon.  
    Note: The application displays the View Details page. 

     
  3. View the Candidate details such as,
    • Candidate Name
    • State
    • Contact number
    • Email
  4. View the Excused Absence Request Form of the applied Candidate.
  5. View the Application Process.  
    Note: In the Application Process section, we can see whether the application has been submitted, drafted, or pending, along with relevant dates.
  6. Click Download Application
    Note: The application displays the Print page. 

     
  7. Click Print to print a hard copy of the application.
  8. Click Add/View Notes
    Note: The application displays a Notes (Internal Only) popup. 

     
  9. Click Add New

     
  10. Enter the Description.
  11. Click Upload to upload the Supporting Documents.
  12. Click Save
    Note: Once a note is saved, internal users can view the notes.
  13. Click Add Change Request
    Note: The application displays a Change Request (Viewable by Candidate) popup. 

     
  14. Click Add New

     
  15. Enter the Description.
  16. Click Save
    Note: Once the Change Request is saved, Candidates can view the comments.
  17. Click Approve to approve the application.
  18. Click Reject to reject the application.
