Approve or Reject the Registration Renewal Application

  1. Click Registration Renewal from the left menu.  
    Note: The application displays the Registration Renewal page.  

     
  2. Click the View icon.  
    Note: The application displays the View Details page.  

     
  3. View the Candidate details such as:
    • Full Name
    • Security Number
    • Candidate ID
    • Address
    • Email
    • Contact number
  4. View the following Registration Details.
    • Registration Name
    • Registration Number
    • Issue Date
    • Expiry Date
    • Status
    • Action
  5. Click the View icon to view the registration certificate.   

     
  6. View the Registry Renewal Application of the applied Candidate.
  7. View Registration Process.   
    Note: In the application process section, we can see whether the application has been submitted, drafted, or pending, along with relevant dates.
  8. Click Download Application.  
    Note: The application displays the Print page.  

     
  9. Click Print to print a hard copy of the application.
  10. Click Add/View Notes.  

     
  11. Click Add New.  

     
  12. Enter the Description.
  13. Click Upload to upload the Supporting Documents.
  14. Click Save.  
    Note: Once a note is saved, internal users can view the notes.
  15. Click Add Change Request.  
    Note: The application displays a Change Request (Viewable by Candidate) popup.  

      
  16. Click Add New.  

     
  17. Enter the Description.
  18. Click Save.  
    Note: Once the Change Request is saved. Candidates can view the comments.
  19. Click Approve to approve the application.
  20. Click Reject to reject the application.
