Candidate Details

  1. Click Manage Candidates.  
    Note: The application displays the manage candidate’s page.  

     
  2. Click Candidate Name hyperlink to view the candidate details page.  

      
  3. Click Check Status to change the status of the candidate.
  4. Click Emulate and application redirects to the candidate dashboard page and operation staff will be able to control the candidate login.
  5. Click Disable Candidate to disable the candidate.
  6. Click Raise Ticket for Candidate.  
    Note: The application displays the rise of a ticket popup.  

      
  7. Select the Exam Type from the list.  
    Note: Based on the selected exam type the system displays the query forms.
  8. Click Rise Ticket to raise the ticket on behalf of the candidate.
  9. Click Add/View Notes.  

      
  10. Click Add New.  

      
  11. Enter the Description.
  12. Click Upload to upload the Supporting Documents.
  13. Click Save.  
    Note: Once a note is saved, internal users can view the notes.
