Candidate Details
- Click Manage Candidates.
Note: The application displays the manage candidate’s page. - Click Candidate Name hyperlink to view the candidate details page.
- Click Check Status to change the status of the candidate.
- Click Emulate and application redirects to the candidate dashboard page and operation staff will be able to control the candidate login.
- Click Disable Candidate to disable the candidate.
- Click Raise Ticket for Candidate.
Note: The application displays the rise of a ticket popup. - Select the Exam Type from the list.
Note: Based on the selected exam type the system displays the query forms. - Click Rise Ticket to raise the ticket on behalf of the candidate.
- Click Add/View Notes.
- Click Add New.
- Enter the Description.
- Click Upload to upload the Supporting Documents.
- Click Save.
Note: Once a note is saved, internal users can view the notes.
