Customize Manage Application Headers

The operations staff must review candidate applications based on the eligibility criteria. Once a candidate submits their application, the details will be displayed under Manage Applications in the Operations Staff Console. 

  1. Click Manage Applications to view the Manage Applications page. 

     
  2. Click the Slide Drawer icon to customize the headers. 

     
  3. The display headings will show:
    • Candidate IDDisplays the unique ID for the Candidate.
    • Candidate Name – Displays the full name of the candidate.
    • Training Program Name – View the name of the training program the candidate is enrolled in.
    • State Name – View the training program’s state. 
    • Eligibility Route – Describes the pathway or criteria through which the candidate qualifies for the program.
    • Submission Date – The date when the candidate’s application was submitted.
    • Status – Reflects the current status of the candidate’s application.
    • DOB (Date of Birth) – Displays the candidate’s date of birth.
    • SSN (Social Security Number) – View the last four digits of the SSN number of the candidate, if provided.
    • Working Status – Shows the name of the Support staff that has viewed the request or is working on the request.
    • Action – Options to manage the candidate’s application, such as View, Edit.
  4. Filter the list either by selecting the State or by entering the Candidate ID, Candidate Name, Training Program Name, and Eligibility Route.
  5. Click on any one of the following options to filter the application based on the application Status.
    • Pending: Click to view only the pending application.
    • Overdue: Click to view only the overdue application.
    • Approved: Click to view only the approved application.
    • Change Request: Click to view only the change request application.
    • Rejected: Click to view only the rejected application.
    • All: Click to view all the applications.
