Customize Manage Grievance Header
When a candidate submits a grievance form, the review process will be carried out through the Credentia Operations Staff Console. All submitted grievance applications will be listed under Manage Grievances in the Operations Staff Console for evaluation.
- Click Manage Grievance.
Note: The application displays a Manage Grievance page. - Click
the Slide Drawer icon to customize the headers.
- Click on checkboxes to customize the display headings:
- Candidate Name – Displays the full name of the candidate.
- Training Program Name – View the training program the candidate is enrolled in.
- State Name – Specifies the state where the training/exam is conducted.
- Grievance Type – Describes the nature or category of the grievance submitted by the candidate.
- Submission Date – The date when the grievance form was submitted by the candidate for review.
- Working Status – Shows whether the candidate is currently employed or not the name of the Support staff that has viewed the request or is working on the request.
- Action – Options to manage the grievance.
- Filter the list either by selecting the State or by entering the Candidate ID, Candidate Name, and Training Program Name.
- Click any one of the following options to filter the application based on the application Status.
- Pending: Click to view only the pending application.
- Approved: Click to view only the approved application.
- Rejected: Click to view only the rejected application.
- Appeal: Click to view only the appeal application.
- All: Click to view all the applications.
