Customize Manage Profile Request Header

When a candidate submits a demographic form, the review process will be managed by the operations staff. All submitted demographic forms will be listed under "Manage Profile Requests" in the Operations Staff Console for evaluation.

 

  1. Click Manage Profile Request to display Manage Profile Request page.  

     
  2. Click the Slide Drawer icon to customize the headers.  

     
  3. Click on checkboxes to customize the display headings:
    • Candidate ID – Displays the unique identification number assigned to the candidate.
    • Candidate Name – Displays the full name of the candidate submitting the profile request.
    • Training Program Name – Specifies the training program the candidate is enrolled in.
    • State Name – Indicates the state where the training program is located.
    • Eligibility Route – Describes the pathway the candidate has taken to meet the eligibility criteria for the program.
    • Submission Date – The date when the candidate’s demographic form or profile request was submitted.
    • Working Status – Indicates the name of the Support staff that has viewed the request or is working on the request.
    • Status – Reflects the current progress of the profile request.
    • Action – Options for managing the profile request.
  4. Filter the list either by selecting the State or by entering the Candidate ID, Candidate Name, Training Program Name, and Eligibility Route.
  5. Click on any one of the following options to filter the application based on the application Status.
    • Pending: Click to view only the pending application.
    • Approved: Click to view only the approved application.
    • Rejected: Click to view only the rejected application.
    • Change Request: Click to view only the change request application.
    • All: Click to view all the applications.
