Customize Support Ticket Header

All support ticket details can be viewed. Operations staff can raise, close, or transfer tickets to support staff on behalf of candidates.

  1. Click Support Tickets
    Note: The application displays the Support Tickets page. 

     
  2. Click the Slide Drawer icon to customize the headers. 

     
  3. Click on checkboxes to customize the display headings:
    • Ticket ID – A unique identifier assigned to each support ticket for tracking and reference.
    • Candidate ID – A unique identifier assigned to the candidate associated with the support ticket.
    • Candidate Name – Displays the full name of the candidate who submitted the support ticket.
    • State Name – Specifies the state related to the candidate or the issue described in the support ticket.
    • Category – The type or category of the issue reported in the support ticket.
    • Created Date – The date when the support ticket was created and submitted.
    • Status – Shows the current status of the support ticket.
    • Assigned To – The person or team responsible for handling the support ticket.
    • Action – Options to manage the support ticket.
  4. Filter the list either by selecting the State or by entering the Ticket ID, Candidate ID, Candidate Name, Category, and Created Date.
  5. Click any one of the following options to filter the application based on the application Status.
    • Assigned: Click to view only the assigned tickets.
    • Open: Click to view only the open tickets.
    • Closed: Click to view only the Closed tickets.
