Manage State Client
In the Manage State Client section, you can view details of all state client users.
- Click Manage State Client
Note: The application displays the Manage State Client page. - Click
the Slide Drawer icon to customize the headers.
- Click on checkboxes to customize the display headings:
- User Name: Name of the user.
- Contact Number: Number of the user.
- Email ID: The Email ID of the user.
- State: Name of the state where the User is from.
- Created Date/Time: The date and time of creation of the User.
- Enable/Disable: This feature is provided for Ops Staff only.
- Action: Emulate the user.
View: Click to view the details of the respective training program.
- Filter the list either by selecting the State or by entering the User Name, Contact Number, and Email ID.
- Click Emulate under the Action column, a pop-up window containing the selected user's State Client console access will display. You can then access and act on the user's behalf. Referring to the State client console user guide to learn more about it.
