Problem Reports
- Click Problem Reports from the left menu.
Note: Only Pennsylvania has access to this feature. - Filter the list by entering the Report ID, Candidate ID, Candidate Name, Registry Number, Problem status, and Form type.
- View the following details such as,
- Report ID
- Candidate ID
- Candidate Name
- Registry Number
- Problem status
- Form type
- Click the View icon.
- Examine the problem reports, which are divided into the five areas listed below.
- Section 1 Candidate details
- Section 2 Associate other problem reports
- Section 3 Summary
- Section 4 Complaint Details
- Section 5 Action
- Click Download Problem Report to download the report.
Note: After reviewing all the information, you may either download the report or skip it. - To download the report in PDF format, click Print.
Note: The application displays the details about the viewing area and the download page. - Click the Edit to edit the information.
- Review each section individually to make any necessary edits.
- Click on Submit to save the changes.
