Problem Reports

  1. Click Problem Reports from the left menu.    
    Note: Only Pennsylvania has access to this feature.    

     
  2. Filter the list by entering the Report ID, Candidate ID, Candidate Name, Registry Number, Problem status, and Form type
  3. View the following details such as,
    • Report ID 
    • Candidate ID
    • Candidate Name
    • Registry Number
    • Problem status
    • Form type
  4. Click the View icon.
  5. Examine the problem reports, which are divided into the five areas listed below.
    • Section 1 Candidate details
    • Section 2 Associate other problem reports
    • Section 3 Summary
    • Section 4 Complaint Details
    • Section 5 Action    

         
         
         
  6. Click Download Problem Report to download the report.    

       
    Note: After reviewing all the information, you may either download the report or skip it.
  7. To download the report in PDF format, click Print.    

       
    Note: The application displays the details about the viewing area and the download page.
  8. Click the Edit to edit the information.    

        
  9. Review each section individually to make any necessary edits.
  10. Click on Submit to save the changes.
