View Payment Refund

All transaction details can be viewed, and refunds can be processed. 
Note: The refund option is available only for authorized operations staff users.

  1. Click Payment Refund
    Note: The application displays the Payment Refund page. 

     
  2. Click the Slide Drawer icon to customize the headers. 

     
  3. Click on checkboxes to customize the display headings:
    • Checkbox
    • Transaction ID
    • Transaction Date
    • Transaction Status 
    • Invoice Status
    • Candidate ID
    • Candidate Name
    • Payment Method ID
    • Exam Type
    • Payment Amount
    • Settlement Date
    • Settlement Amount
    • Refund Transaction ID
    • Refund Amount
    • Refund Remarks
    • Refund Status
    • Refund Initiated Employee ID
    • Refund Date
    • Action
  4. Filter the list by entering the Candidate ID and Transaction ID.
  5. Click any one of the following options to filter the list based on the transaction status.
    • Credit/Debit Card Details: Click to view only the credit/debit card details transaction application.
    • PayPal transaction details: Click to view only the PayPal transaction details transaction application.
  6. Click the Refund Payment icon. 
    Note: The application displays the Reason for Canceling pop-up. 

     
  7. View the following details in Reason for Canceling the assigned Booklet Id.
    • Candidate Name
    • Transaction ID
    • Paid Amount
    • Transaction Date
    • Email ID
    • Refund Amount
  8. Enter the reason in the Description box and check the Email Transaction Receipt to Customer checkbox.
  9. Click OK to issue the credit. 
  10. Click Download Payment Data to download the candidate payment in an Excel sheet.
