Viewing Support Ticket details

  1. Click Support Tickets from the left menu. 
    Note: The application displays the Support Tickets page. 

     
  2. Click the Candidate ID hyperlink or the View icon to view the support ticket details. 

     
  3. View the Candidate details such as,
    • Candidate Name
    • Email
    • Address
    • Contact Number
  4. View the following Registration Details.
    • Ticket ID
    • Category
    • Created Date
    • Status 
    • Subject
    • Description 
    • Responses
  5. View the supporting document by the candidate and Operation Staff, if any.
  6. View Tickets logs.  
    Note: In the Ticket logs section, you can view whether the tickets have been opened, assigned, or closed along with relevant dates.
  7. Click Replay and Close Ticket
    Note: You can give a response and close the ticket.
  8. Click Transfer to Supporting Staff
    Note: You can transfer the ticket to supporting staff if required.
