Introduction

The training programs assist in training and defining evaluation standards for the candidate certifications. The training institute performs the following functions:

  • Verify candidates that have completed the training course and verify their eligibility for the exam.
  • The submitted applications of a candidate are reviewed by the state-approved training program where the candidate completed the course.
  • Edit the training course completion date for a Candidate.
  • Edit training program contact information.
  • Access training program reports.

The training programs are state-approved and are tagged to different eligibility routes for the candidates. When submitting an E1 application in any state, the candidate is required to select their training program from the system list along with their training program completion date. For E1 eligibility route applications only, the system will electronically send certain candidate information to the training program specified by the Candidate in the application. The system will send two (2) automated emails including:

  1. An email to the assigned training program user(s) with notification of an application awaiting review, and
  2. An email to the Candidate indicating that the application is pending training program verification.

Candidate records are grouped by the reported course completion date. The training program user can select a completion date to see a list of all Candidates associated with the selected date.
